Live comment orders, rider cash and profit
Turn comments on your Facebook Live into orders, keep track of the COD cash your riders collect, and see what you actually earn on every order.
Live orders is new under More. When buyers comment a product code on your Facebook Live, FOM gathers each buyer's comments into a draft order and holds the stock for them. Check the draft, confirm it, and the buyer gets a private reply with their order. Live orders is turned on shop by shop; ask us if you want it.
Rider cash shows the COD money each rider is holding. When a rider delivers a cash-on-delivery order, enter what they collected, and the order is marked paid. At the end of the day, tick the orders the rider hands over cash for and enter what you received: FOM shows if it is short or over.
On the Shop plan, owners and managers can now give each product a cost price. Every order then shows its profit and margin, and Reports show gross profit, margin and your best-margin products. The delivery fee is left out of profit, and staff do not see costs.
