Print packing labels and invoices
Print a label for each parcel, with the address and what the rider collects, and an invoice to put inside. Print one order or many at once, on A4, a label printer or a thermal printer.
A packing label has the receiverâs name, phone, township and address, and a large box that tells the rider to collect the amount, that the order is paid, or that a transfer is still pending. It also has your shop name and phone, the order number, the note, the items and a QR code to the tracking page. The invoice goes inside the parcel.
On the web, click Print on an order, or tick orders in the list and click Print labels or Print invoices. Labels print on A4 (four per page), A5, 100 Ă 150 mm label printers and 80 mm or 58 mm thermal paper. Choose the default paper in Settings, Printing. Printed labels show Label printed, and the Not printed filter finds the parcels still to label.
In the app, tap the printer button on an order, or press and hold orders to select them and tap Print labels. Print through the phoneâs print dialog, or set up a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi thermal printer under More, Settings, Printer. Myanmar names and addresses print correctly on any thermal printer.
