Products with stock, and order tracking links for customers
Keep your products with sizes, colours, prices and stock, and pick them when you make an order. Send customers a link where they can follow their order themselves.
Products is new under More. Add a product once with up to two options, like size and colour, and set the price and stock for each combination. When you make an order, start typing the item and pick it from the list: the price fills in, and confirming the order takes it from stock. FOM lets you know when something runs low.
Every order now has a tracking link. Share it from the order, and your customer can see where their order is, what they bought and when it is coming, without asking you. The link is added to the automatic confirmed and out-for-delivery messages, and saved replies can use {customer_name}, {order_no}, {total} and {tracking_link}.
